Your details
When you register with the Total Scholar website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions made using these details.
Keep your password safe and do not disclose it to anyone. Change it immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
The contract between us
Total Scholar must receive payment of the full price for goods that you order before an order can be processed. Payment of the advertised price is taken at the point of order.
Charging your payment method does not mean that an order has been accepted. Once payment has been processed, Total Scholar will confirm that the order has been received by sending an email to the address you provide. The email will include your name, order number, and the total price charged.
Pricing and availability
Total Scholar will not process orders where there are errors or inaccuracies concerning goods, including an advertised price, on the website.
If an error or inaccuracy is found in the advertised price of goods you ordered, we will contact you by email as soon as possible and reserve the right to correct the error before processing the order.
